Program of the tour:
- The experience begins at the Port of Palau between 5:30pm and 6:00pm (timing may vary depending on the season). Once welcomed on board, you’ll embark on a scenic cruise towards Caprera Island, part of the captivating La Maddalena Archipelago. Along the way, you’ll admire the stunning eastern coast of the island, characterized by breathtaking landscapes and crystal-clear waters.
- The first stop will be at Cala Coticcio, one of Caprera’s most iconic bays, renowned for its turquoise waters and pink granite rocks that frame its beauty. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to swim or snorkel, exploring the seabed teeming with colorful fish and crustaceans. The more adventurous can reach swimming the white sandy beach, surrounded by an atmosphere of complete tranquility.
- The second stop of the tour will be Cala Portese, a charming bay that is home to the Spiaggia dei Due Mari, characterized by a thin strip of sand called the “Istmo dei Due Mari.” This is one of the most fascinating destinations on Caprera: the isthmus connects the two sides of the island, creating a unique setting where you’re surrounded by the sea on both sides. It is precisely this distinctive feature that gives the beach its name. Its calm, crystal-clear waters are perfect for a second swim or for enjoying a moment of pure relaxation.
- The highlight of the tour will be the onboard aperitivo, held as the sun sets. As the sunset paints the sky in golden hues, you’ll enjoy a selection of fresh, traditional Sardinian products, accompanied by alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. This unique experience will be made even more memorable by the stunning panoramic views surrounding you.
- After sunset, the return to the Port of Palau will be smooth and serene, accompanied by the evening breeze and a starlit sky. Arrival is expected around 8:30/9:00pm, bringing an unforgettable experience to a perfect close.
*The itinerary of the tour depends on sea and weather conditions: the skipper will take a highly flexible approach, working with the day conditions to determine the best route to combine the most important stops of the tour.
