Program of the tour:
Meet your skipper at 1:30pm at the Porto Turistico in Marina Grande Capri, under the big white umbrellas.
During the boat tour, you will see the most characteristic attractions of the island, such as the Grotta Meravigliosa (Marvellous Grotto), the Grotta Bianca (White Grotto), the Grotta Rossa (Red Grotto), the iconic Faraglioni, cliffs and reefs which are about 100 metres high and the big Natural Arch.
The crew will point out historical sites like the ruins of Tiberio’s Villa, Villa Malaparte, and Villa Lysis di Fersen, as well as the Fortini Saraceni. They will share fascinating stories about the island and the people who shaped its history.
Enjoy multiple stops along the way for swimming and snorkeling. Snacks and drinks will also be provided on board.
Before returning, enjoy a delightful happy hour featuring a limoncello tasting.
The tour ends in the Porto Turistico of Marina Grande, Capri where you will be returning around 3:30pm.

The island is 10 square kilometers large and is divided into two municipalities: Capri and Anacapri. The center of Capri develops around the Piazzetta, about 150 meters above the sea level. Anacapri is located higher up, at 275 meters above the sea level.
Directly on the sea you will find two places: Marina Grande (where the Port is located) and Marina Piccola (on the opposite side of the Port, where the Faraglioni are located).
The Faraglioni of Capri are three large rocks that emerge from the sea, on the south-western side of the island. The highest is the Faraglione di Terra or Saetta, then there is the Faraglione di Mezzo or Stella separated from the first by the sea and in which there is the famous cavity in the center (taken in many films and TV spots) and finally there is the Faraglione di Fuori or Scopolo, natural habitat of the famous blue lizard. It is said that the lizard took these colours to blend in with the sea and the sky.
Sailing around the island of Capri you will find numerous caves to discover. Two of the most striking are the White Grotto and the Marvellous Grotto, both close to the Faraglione di Matermania. Unlike other caves on the island of Capri, the opening of the Marvellous Grotto is not located at sea level but at a height of several meters.
Once inside, you are fascinated by the spectacle of stalactites and stalagmites and the view that you can enjoy on the sea below. Access to this splendid grotto is possible from a convenient ladder with a landing place for boats.
The peculiarity of the Marvellous Grotto is that of overlooking another cave, equally famous. Below, in fact, there is the opening of the White Cave, so called for the limestone volutes that literally decorate its vault and its walls. Another important characteristic is the presence of a stalagmite resembling the Virgin Mary in prayer.
The White Cave can only be accessed by sea.
The Green Grotto, known in ancient times as the Turkish Grotto, is located on the southern side of the island of Capri and is known for the colour of the water in its interior that, due to a special play of light, takes on the green colour. The Green Grotto can only be reached by sea. A curiosity: near the Green Grotto, going towards the Lighthouse of Punta Carena, you can admire the Grotto of the Saints which takes its name from the characteristic shape of the rocks that emerge from the sea inside the cave itself and that look like a group of monks or people kneeling in prayer.
The Blue Grotto is Capri's most famous attraction: people from all over the world come to see it even for a few minutes. It is 25 meters wide and 60 meters long with an entrance less than a meter high.
As a matter of fact, to enter it you have to lie on the bottom of a rowboat that slides through the small arch. Inside we find ourselves floating in the dark, on a water so blue that it seems transparent.
The blue color of the cave is given by the light of the sun that enters through a submarine window that opens exactly under the entrance gate, thus undergoing a filtration by the water, which absorbs the red and lets the blue go.
The entrance fee is payable exclusively on the spot at the floating box office anchored at the entrance of the cave (and only in cash). Unfortunately, in the summer you need to queue for hours to do the boat ride inside, which lasts only about 5 minutes.
The Blue Grotto is subject to closure when wind and rough sea make it impossible to enter.
The meeting point in Capri is in front of Bar La Vela, in Piazza Angelo Ferraro 15 in Capri directly before the entrance of the Porto Turistico of Marina Grande. The map with the exact meeting point will be sent to you upon confirmation of the tour by email. One of our assistants in Capri will wait for you there to take you on board.
Yes, you will have free time to swim and snorkel during the boat tour. Based on their experience, the skipper will select the best and most comfortable spots for you to enjoy.
In case of bad weather/sea conditions the tour might be cancelled. If this happens, we are pleased to offer our customers the choice of an alternative date or, in case of inability to rebook, a full refund.
The best of Capri in 2 hours – boat tour around the island
An excursion not to be missed for those who want to experience Capri at its best. We swam in crystal clear waters, visited suggestive caves and admired the coast of Capri from a unique perspective. The crew were very professional and attentive to our needs. The aperitif on board and the fresh limoncello were the icing on the cake.
A dive into the blue of Capri.

Despite the limited time we had, this tour allowed us to fully appreciate the beauty of Capri. The boat trip was exciting, we saw caves, historic villas and breathtaking scenery. The skipper told us many interesting facts about the island and kept us entertained. An experience I would recommend to anyone!

I had never seen Capri from the sea before and it was really special. They greeted us with smiles and took us on an incredible adventure. Although we didn't know anyone at first, the atmosphere on board was so friendly that we felt like we were among friends. This only added to the magic of the places we visited. I expected a good experience, but it was so much more.
Really nice, Salvatore and Francesca were lovely hosts and the swimming spots were great. You dont get to go in Blue grotto because of the waiting time but you can swim in the green grotto and it's just as nice! Going under the Faraglioni arch was good too.
Thank you so much!

The boat trip was amazing. We received lots of information, we took our time for pictures and for swimming. They offered lots or delicious snacks and drinks which was a nice surprise. We relaxed after swimming having a beautiful view and drying off in the sun on the beautiful deck. It was the perfect trip. I definitely recommend it. I think it’s the best tour there is around Capri. Very friendly guide and driver, the boat was very clean. Perfect!
