      To cancel your booking, please contact us directly by phone or by email.
      The cancellation policy of each individual tour is clearly visible on the tour page. For most You Know! excursions we adopt a very flexible policy, so you can cancel and get a full refund of the amount paid within 24 hours from the start of the tour. Please contact us directly by e-mail to notify us of your cancellation.
      For tours cancelled due to bad weather conditions, we are happy to offer our customers the choice of an alternative date or, in case of inability to rebook, the full refund.
