What’s this about?
#ASeaFullOfLove is the campaign promoted by YouKnow! to contribute to the Coronavirus emergency and to support the sea tourism for 2020 and 2021 seasons.
How does it work?
From April 22 to May 30, 2020 you can book a boat tour online at www.youknowboat.com for any date between September 1, 2020 and October 31, 2021: 20% of the proceeds will be donated to the Italian Red Cross which is taking concrete actions to ensure urgent assistance as well as medical and logistical support in this unparalleled health emergency.
How will I know which is the total amount donated at the end of the campaign?
YouKnow! is committed to weekly inform on the social media channels (Facebook and Instagram) and on the website (www.youknowboat.com) the amount collected on behalf of the CRI. 20% of all the proceeds from the tours sold will be donated to the Italian Red Cross via bank transfer at the end of the campaign.
Which tours are valid for the campaign?
The campaign #ASeaFullOfLove is valid for all the tours on the website YouKnow! and booked for the period between September 1, 2020 and October 31, 2021. You can choose between boat tours in Italy and boat tours in Greece.
Until when can I join the campaign?
The campaign expires on May 30, 2020
What if I want to cancel a boat tour after purchasing it?
Don’t worry, we apply a very flexible cancellation policy on all tours, ranging from 15 days to 24 hours depending on the tour you have booked. YouKnow! will offer a full refund of the tour proceeds, i.e. net of 20% donated to the CRI. In Basically, if you join the campaign #ASeaFullOfLove, you will be refunded 80% of what you spent, as long as you cancel within the terms of the tour. You will find specific cancellation policies on the webpage of each tour.
Can I take advantage of other discounts offered on some tours?
Of course you can. To celebrate You Know! 10 years in business we offer a 10% discount on some tours until October 30, 2020. If you choose to purchase one of these tours by May 30, 2020, the discount will be combined with the campaign #ASeaFullOfLove: in this way you will benefit from the discount and help the Italian Red Cross in the Covid-19 emergency.
