Once the booking is confirmed on the website, you will receive a voucher with the time and the nearest meeting point. Within each tour page it is always specified whether the pickup is included or not.
We suggest you arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
It is the responsibility of the customers to be at the meeting point 10 minutes before scheduled pick-up time. The bus drivers will have a tolerance of 5 minutes waiting time after which they will leave and continue the pick-up schedule. Customers arriving after departure of the bus cannot be accommodated and tickets cannot be refunded.
